Character Bio: Cecil Markwell, a radio reporter and broadcaster for the show Hero's Stories. A long time lover of the radio and radio programs, he is also the longtime lover of his partner Jace Phillips. Cecil grew up living next door to Jace and they became best friends. Sadly when Cecil was fourteen his parents split up and every few months he would have to leave to spent a month with his father in another town. This only drove them closer, making Cecil relize just how much he loved Jace. Cecil is proud to be co-owner of the station with Jace and loves being on the air every day for Hero's Stories.
